About us VisitorFriendly was introduced in March 2000 by UK based SMC (Service Management Consultants). SMC has been at the forefront of research into customer perceptions of service and customer satisfaction for the past nine years. Based in Maidenhead, Berkshire but with a multi-national client base serving companies in the UK, USA, Far East and South Africa, SMC are the developers and sole suppliers of SMF, a unique software tool for measuring and managing customer perceptions of service. Recognising the need for quality customer perception measurement in a web based environment, many months were spent researching and developing the idea; recruiting and vetting the Visitor panel and asking potential clients for their views. Finally in March 2000 VisitorFriendly was launched. Our innovative approach in providing a powerful e-customer panel allied with a transparent pricing structure and speedy provision of results and reports has already proved very popular.
